We contacted Yvonne last year when we were considering selling our house in Oranmore. From the outset, I felt I was in good hands. As we had never sold a property before, We didn't know where to start. Yvonne gave up a substantial amount of her time to meet us at the house. She did a walk round and advised us of all remedial works we needed to do to get ready for sale. As we didn't reside in Galway, she gave us contacts for everybody and even rang some of the services on our behalf. She then facilitated all the works being done as we lived 70 miles away. She was a true professional. She then handed the sale to Eiginta who took over viewings etc. Eiginta was a pleasure to deal with. She was so transparent at all times and kept us informed of every development. She had our house sale agreed in under 3 weeks at at price we never imagined we would reach. She then carried out regular checks on the house for us over the winter period while the sale was going through. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we were delighted with our dealings with Yvonne Sweeney Auctioneers. They made a difficult process easy and seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their property, especially if you are not resident in the area.
